Softball Recap: Delmarva Christian Comes Up Short

Delmarva Christian lost against North Dorchester back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Royals lost 19-2 to the Eagles. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Delmarva Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eve Bohinski, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Delmarva Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for North Dorchester, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Delmarva Christian will head out to square off against Smyrna at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the Royals' hitters will have their work cut out for them. North Dorchester does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
