Football Game Preview: Menendez Falcons vs. Crescent City Raiders

The Menendez Falcons will take on the Crescent City Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few points on average, (Menendez: 11.6, Crescent City: 6.3) so any points scored will be well earned.

Menendez's offense might be in the hot seat on Monday considering what happened against Bartram Trail on Wednesday. They took a 13-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bears. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Bears recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Crescent City). They breezed past Interlachen to the tune of 27-0 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won six in a row.

Menendez's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Crescent City, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Menendez didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Crescent City in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, but they still walked away with a 6-0 victory.
