Softball Recap: Oak Park Eagles vs. Pacifica Tritons
Oak Park can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent game on Wednesday. They blew past the Pacifica Tritons 11-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Oak Park.
Oak Park let Cameron McGugan and Arika Innis loose on the outfield. McGugan went 3-for-4 with two runs, a triple, and two RBI, while Innis scored four runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Scupine, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.
On Pacifica's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Denise Gutierrez, who went 1-for-2 with an RBI.
Oak Park's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Pacifica, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.
