Baseball Recap: Dearborn Gets the Win

Dearborn's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Lincoln Abes a 1-0 shutout.

Dearborn saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ayman Abadi, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one double.

The victory got Dearborn back to even at 1-1. As for Lincoln, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dearborn will face off against Wayne Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lincoln, they will square off against Hazel Park at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
