Basketball Game Preview: Stevenson Bulldogs vs. Castle Rock Rockets

The Stevenson Bulldogs are taking a road trip to challenge the Castle Rock Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Stevenson and three for Castle Rock.

On Wednesday, Stevenson had to suffer through a 92-60 loss at the hands of La Center. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 332nd, while the Wildcats are ranked 143rd).

Meanwhile, Castle Rock came up short against Fort Vancouver on Wednesday, falling 64-44.

Castle Rock's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Stevenson, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-14.

Stevenson took a serious blow against Castle Rock in their previous matchup on January 11th, falling 86-54. Can Stevenson avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
