Lockport has gone 7-0 against Andrew recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Lockport Porters will venture away from home to take on the Andrew Thunderbolts at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Lockport beat Stagg 36-26. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Porters.

Meanwhile, Andrew hadn't done well against Stagg recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Andrew narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Stagg 37-34. The win was all the more spectacular given the Thunderbolts' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 233rd, while the Chargers are ranked 108th).

Andrew's victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-10. As for Lockport, they pushed their record up to 17-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Lockport strolled past Andrew when the teams last played back in December of 2024 by a score of 50-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lockport since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
