Volleyball Recap: Lansingburgh Gets the Win

The Lansingburgh Knights beat the Berlin/New Lebanon Mountain Lions 3-1 on Thursday.

Lansingburgh was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 14-25, 25-22, 25-19.

Lansingburgh's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Berlin/New Lebanon, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Lansingburgh will face off against Ichabod Crane at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Berlin/New Lebanon, they will venture away from home to challenge Tamarac at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
