Cass Tech put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 35-19 victory over the King Crusaders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 27-22 back in September.

Cass Tech found their leader in sophomore Donald Tabron II, who threw for 324 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 16.2 yards per attempt. Another player making a difference was Corey Sadler Jr, who picked up 136 receiving yards and one TD.

Cass Tech's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for King, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Coming up, Cass Tech will head out to square off against Bedford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Technicians will be up against the Kicking Mules' rather soft defense (which has allowed 27.88 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for King, they will take on Catholic Central at 7:30 p.m. on the 25th. The Shamrocks' defense has only allowed 12.2 points per game this season, so the Crusaders' offense will have their work cut out for them.
