Carson is 9-1 against Banning since September of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Colts will challenge the Pilots at 4:30 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

On Monday, Carson made easy work of Gardena and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Colts.

Carson was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-17, 25-16.

Banning not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 22nd (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against Rancho Dominguez as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Pilots haven't had any issues with the Lobos recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Banning never let Rancho Dominguez on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-12, 25-23.

Carson's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Banning, their win bumped their record up to 5-16.

Everything went Carson's way against Banning when the teams last played two weeks ago, as Carson made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Colts since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
