Kinkaid came tearing into Monday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Concordia Lutheran Crusaders by a score of 6-2. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 10-7 loss the last time these two teams met.

Kinkaid's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-7. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Concordia Lutheran, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-8-1.

Looking ahead, Kinkaid is taking a road trip to face off against St. John's at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Concordia Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
