Alexis Jodie's Blocks a New Career-High
On Wednesday Alexis Jodie had 11 digs, four kills, and two blocks, good enough to set a new career-high in blocks in the process. As if that's not impressive enough, the game was also her ninth in a row with 13 or more assists dating back to last season. On the year, she has averaged 1.9 kills and 17.2 assists per game.
Jodie will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when she faces off against Irmo on Tuesday. Sadly, Jodie's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped River Bluff's four-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Jodie and River Bluff surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Tuesday's match.
