Volleyball Recap: Jordan Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Jordan was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Southern School of Energy and Sustainability on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Falcons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Falcons in their meetings with the Fighting Red Wolves: they've now lost four in a row.

While Jordan had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 18-25, 25-19, 25-19.

Jordan's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Cedar Ridge, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Jordan and Cedar Ridge will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Falcons are set to face off against their familiar foe Apex at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Cedar Ridge will take on rival Orange at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
