Volleyball Recap: Foothill Takes Down Ranked Silverado

Foothill faced Silverado in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Falcons came out on top against the Skyhawks by a score of 2-0. The victory continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Skyhawks: they've now won seven in a row.

Foothill's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Addison Chase led the charge by getting eight assists and two aces. That's the most aces Chase has posted over her last two games.

Foothill's win bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Silverado, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season.
