Basketball Recap: Northgate Falls to New Brighton in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Northgate unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the New Brighton Lions on Tuesday, falling 59-39.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northgate will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Baldwin at 8:00 p.m. on December 5. As for New Brighton, they will head out to take on South Side at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
