Baseball Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Life Way Christian Warriors, falling 28-3. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Life Way Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln will host Union Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolves are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Life Way Christian, they will square off against Northwest Arkansas HomeSchool H at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
