Volleyball Recap: Wren Find Success

Wren's tournament run continued when they took on Aiken on Friday. The Hurricanes walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Fighting Green Hornets. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hurricanes.

Wren easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-21.

Wren's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Wren is taking a road trip to take on North Stanly at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Aiken, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Philip Simmons at 6:30 p.m. on the 26th.
