Mountain View had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Bruins who were credited with the victory on Tuesday. The Mountain View Bruins got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Provo Bulldogs's four. Matthew Bryant had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Mountain View.

The win (which was Mountain View's third in a row) raised their record to 12-5. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for Provo, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-8.

Looking ahead, Mountain View will face off against Murray at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Murray will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Mountain View surely won't give up without a fight. Provo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
