Recap: Battle Ground Tigers vs. Camas Papermakers

The Battle Ground Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their 11th straight loss. They were outmatched by Camas at home and fell 68-22. While losing is never fun, Battle Ground can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 273rd, while Camas is ranked fifth).

When it comes to explaining why Battle Ground lost, one person who can't be blamed is Skylar Fridriksson. Despite the final result, she scored 13 points.

Battle Ground's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-17. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 26.6 points per game. As for Camas, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-6.

Battle Ground does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Camas also has no future games currently scheduled.
