DuBois lost to Brockway back in September of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The DuBois Beavers enjoyed a cozy 38-24 win over the Brockway Rovers.

A big part of DuBois' victory came down to the chemistry between Trey Wingard and his top target Brysen Delaney. Wingard threw for 300 yards and two touchdowns while completing 76.3% of his passes while Delaney picked up 94 receiving yards and a touchdown.

DuBois was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 256 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Brockway only rushed for 65.

Aiden Patton and Blake Pisarcik certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Patton threw for 289 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per attempt, while Pisarcik gained 155 total yards and two touchdowns. Pisarcik also posted 115 receiving yards, which is notable because Brockway is undefeated when he posts at least 80 receiving yards, but 2-4 otherwise.

DuBois' win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Brockway, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

DuBois wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 49-28 loss against Hollidaysburg on the 25th. Brockway has also already played their next contest, a 60-7 victory against Smethport on the 25th.
