Baseball Recap: St. Monica Wins Going Away Against Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary

St. Monica barely beat Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. St. Monica put the hurt on Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary with a sharp 13-7 victory on Friday. The Mariners haven't had any issues with the Cardinals recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Finley Crosby was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five). He was even better at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
