Recap: Summit Christian Academy Eagles vs. St. Margaret's Scotties
It was a good run, but the Summit Christian Academy Eagles unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 67-27 loss at the hands of St. Margaret. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Summit Christian Academy has suffered since December 7, 2023.
Paula Carrillo continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for St. Margaret's, scoring 25 points. Carrillo hasn't dropped below 15points for six straight games. Another player making a difference was Azaliah Sedogo, who scored ten points.
Summit Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for St. Margaret's, their win bumped their record up to 7-8.
Summit Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Hampton Roads Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Margaret's, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Christchurch School at 2:00 p.m.
