Volleyball Recap: Heritage Academy's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

The Heritage Academy Eagles didn't have quite enough to beat the Maryland School for the Deaf Orioles on Monday and fell 3-2. The loss put an end to the Eagles' undefeated start to the season.

Heritage Academy actually scored more points across those five sets (105-103), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 27-25, 25-17, 20-25, 15-13.

Heritage Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-1.

Coming up, Heritage Academy is taking a road trip to take on New Life Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Maryland School for the Deaf, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Washington Christian Academy on the 26th.
