Volleyball Recap: Perryton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Perryton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Canyon Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-9, 25-20.

Canyon can attribute much of their success to Aiva Kerr, who had eight digs and three aces. That's the most aces Kerr has posted since back in September.

Perryton's defeat dropped their record down to 8-21. As for Canyon, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 18-14.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Perryton will face off against rival West Plains at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Canyon is set to square off against their familiar foe Randall at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
