Football Recap: Zionsville Eagles vs. Lawrence Central Bears
Zionsville had to endure a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They managed a 46-40 victory over the Lawrence Central Bears on Saturday.
Zionsville had a senior duo take command as Zachary Trent threw for 297 yards and six touchdowns and Eugene Hilton picked up 152 receiving yards and three touchdowns. With that strong performance, Trent is now averaging an impressive 4 passing touchdowns per game. Nolan Teising was another key player, picking up 69 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Antonio Williams-Holland was Walker Iii's top target, picking up 104 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
The win got Zionsville back to even at 1-1. As for Lawrence Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Zionsville will head out to challenge Westfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
