Recap: GVCS Broadfording vs. Rosedale Christian Academy Rosedale Panthers
GVCS Broadfording had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Rosedale Christian Academy by a score of 39-30 on Saturday. The win was just what GVCS Broadfording needed coming off of a 37-16 loss in their prior match.
GVCS Broadfording got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan Shifler out in front who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Stephen Cross, who scored 13 points.
GVCS Broadfording's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Rosedale Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. GVCS Broadfording will take on Allegany at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rosedale Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Nottingham at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
