Soccer Game Preview: Charleston vs. Altamont

The Charleston Trojans will challenge the Altamont Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Charleston has given up an average of 3.5 goals per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Charleston is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to nine goals on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Effingham on Thursday. They came up short against the Hearts, falling 5-0. Charleston haven't had much luck with Effingham recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Meanwhile, Altamont kept a clean sheet against Pana on Friday. They blew past the Panthers 3-0.

Altamont's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Charleston, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.
