Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Davis walked away with it. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the American Fork Cavemen 65-63. Winning may never get old, but the Darts sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.

Davis' win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Bode Sparrow, who posted 19 points and five rebounds. The dominant performance gave Sparrow a new career-high in points. Tradon Bessinger was another key player, going 5-for-9 on his way to 13 points and six boards.

Davis smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in four consecutive matches.

American Fork's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Bryce Mella, who went 9-for-16 to rack up 22 points, and Jax Clark, who almost dropped a double-double with ten points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jax Oyler, who put up seven points.

Davis' victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-3. As for American Fork, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-17.

Looking ahead, Davis will face off against Westlake at 12:50 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Davis' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine contests. American Fork does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
