The New Haven Bulldogs will take on the Fort Wayne South Side Archers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
New Haven will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Columbia City, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. The Bulldogs walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Eagles on Wednesday.
New Haven had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 27-25, 25-16, 25-15.

Aveion Walker was the offensive standout of the match as he had four aces, three digs, and one block. Those four aces gave him a new career-high.
Meanwhile, Fort Wayne South Side and Fort Wayne North Side faced off in a cross-town battle on Wednesday. The Archers came out on top against the Legends by a score of 3-1. The win was some much needed relief for the Archers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
While Fort Wayne South Side might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Fort Wayne North Side scored at least 22 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 29-27, 21-25, 25-23.
New Haven better focus on containing Ko Moo and Demetric George Jr. as the pair were huge in Fort Wayne South Side's win. Moo had 24 digs and one assist, while George Jr. had 14 kills, 11 digs, and one block. George Jr. has been hot, having posted five or more kills the last six times he's played. Win Htoo also deserves some recognition as he had his first digs of the season.
New Haven has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season. As for Fort Wayne South Side, their victory bumped their record up to 11-13.
New Haven skirted past Fort Wayne South Side 3-2 in their previous matchup back in March. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Archers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
