Volleyball Recap: Carlisle Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Carlisle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Timberlake Christian Tornadoes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chiefs of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2019.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-10, 25-7.

Timberlake Christian found their leader in sophomore Riley Moses, who had six digs and five aces. Moses is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served three or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Carlisle's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Timberlake Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-9.

Carlisle wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Roanoke Catholic on the 16th. As for Timberlake Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Virginia Episcopal School on the 16th.
