With a playoff win on the line, Valley Falls rose to the challenge on Friday. They slipped by the Mission Valley Vikings 57-56. The win was familiar territory for the Dragons, who have now won ten games in a row.

Valley Falls' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Hayden Kearney led the charge by shooting 75% from the field en route to 15 points. Trenten VanHoutan was another key player, putting up 17 points and six rebounds.

Valley Falls' victory bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Mission Valley, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 13-9 record.
