It was a good run, but Paso Robles unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 3-0 to the Edison Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Bearcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 240th, while the Tigers are ranked seventh).

Paso Robles' defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Edison, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-0-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Lemoore the next time they take the pitch. Edison will head out to face Lemoore at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, while Paso Robles will play them later in the day, at 9:00 a.m.
