Volleyball Recap: Valparaiso Extends Home Winning Streak to 12

There's no place like home for Valparaiso, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Michigan City Wolves on Tuesday. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Wolves recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-16, 25-21.

Owen Morris paced Valparaiso's offense, picking up nine kills. Morris got some help from Henry Danko and his eight assists. Lucas Gary controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Valparaiso pushed their record up to 1-1 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Michigan City, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-3.

Valparaiso wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Kouts on the 2nd. As for Michigan City, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against La Porte on the 3rd.
