Volleyball Recap: Elmore County Takes a Loss

Elmore County's tournament run continued when they took on Lee-Scott Academy on Saturday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors.

Lee-Scott Academy found their leader in sophomore Elliott Scott, who had 23 assists and four digs. Scott is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 16 every time she's taken the court this season.

Elmore County's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lee-Scott Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Elmore County has already played their next matchup (against Pike Road), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lee-Scott Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Prattville Christian Academy on the 23rd.
