The Grace Christian Warriors won the last time they faced the Fresta Valley Christian Pioneers, and things went their way on Friday too. Grace Christian claimed a resounding 47-14 win over Fresta Valley Christian at home. That looming 47-14 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Grace Christian yet this season.
Justin Hain was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds. Those 12 rebounds set a new season-high mark for he. Sam Lum was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with four steals.
The win got Grace Christian back to even at 2-2. As for Fresta Valley Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grace Christian has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Buffalo Gap at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th. Buffalo Gap is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Fresta Valley Christian, they will be playing at home against Legacy Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Allowing an average of 68 points per game, Legacy Christian Academy has struggled on the defensive end, but that doesn't have to be the case in this matchup.
