Volleyball Recap: East Central Comes Up Short

If East Central was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Wayne County on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hornets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Springstead Eagles on Thursday.

East Central's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Springstead, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coincidentally, East Central and Springstead will both be playing Bullard the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Hornets will head out to face them at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
