Baseball Recap: Bellaire Comes Up Short

Bellaire was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 22nd straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 5-2 to the Oak Glen Golden Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on Monday.

Bellaire's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Oak Glen, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-17.

Looking ahead, Bellaire will venture away from home to take on River at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oak Glen, they will face off against Martins Ferry at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
