The Southwest Christian School Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the John Paul II Cardinals at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

John Paul II will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Southwest Christian School extended their winning streak to four on Thursday. The Eagles blew past Grapevine Faith Christian 15-6. The game was the first time the Eagles have beaten the Lions on their field since April 5, 2016.

Evan Smith made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
