Softball Recap: General Brown Comes Up Short on the Road Against Sandy Creek

General Brown kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 16-2 to the Sandy Creek Comets. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

General Brown saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Raegan Sharp, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. General Brown will face off against Belleville Henderson Central at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Sandy Creek, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Thousand Islands at 4:30 p.m.
