Basketball Recap: Stow-Munroe Falls Comes Up Short

After soaring to 56 points the game before, Stow-Munroe Falls was a bit more limited in their matchup on Sunday. They took a blow against the Olentangy Braves, falling 67-25. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 250th, while the Braves are ranked 34th).

Stow-Munroe Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Olentangy, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stow-Munroe Falls will host Hudson at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hudson will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Stow-Munroe Falls surely won't give up without a fight. As for Olentangy, they will be playing at home against Olentangy Orange at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
