Basketball Recap: Austin Dunlap's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Bismarck over Kingston

Bismarck lost against Kingston back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bismarck Indians took a hard 51-37 fall against the Kingston Cougars. The Indians just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Bismarck lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Austin Dunlap, who posted ten points in addition to six boards and six steals. Another player making a difference was Lucas Dickey, who had six points along with seven rebounds and three steals.

Bismarck's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Kingston, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bismarck will challenge St. Paul Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bismarck is facing St. Paul Lutheran at the right time seeing as St. Paul Lutheran is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Kingston, they will square off against Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
