On Monday Kieran Lodewick didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over 4.2 innings pitched. The effort marked the fewest hits Lodewick has had since back in May of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with more than five strikeouts. This season, he has an ERA of .95 over 14.7 innings pitched.

Coming up, Lodewick and St. Joseph's Prep will be playing at home against Lansdale Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Hawks got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Crusaders thanks in part to Lodewick: he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and only one walk).
