Basketball Recap: Donahue Catholic Find Success

Seacrest Country Day came into Saturday's matchup looking for another win against Donahue Catholic, but Isaac Loboda wouldn't allow it. The Shamrocks came out on top against the Stingrays by a score of 69-57 on Saturday thanks in part to Loboda, who dropped a double-double with 28 points and 11 boards. His big performance that morning made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points.

Another player making a difference was Max Allen, who shot 78% from the field en route to 14 points. He has also been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned: he's posted one of at least 57% every time he's hit the court this season.

Seacrest Country Day lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Angelo Massi, who posted 15 points. Isaac Leon was another key player, putting up 17 points.

Donahue Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Seacrest Country Day, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

As for Seacrest Country Day, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 69-59 defeat against First Baptist Academy on the 4th.
