Basketball Recap: Killdeer's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Eight

Killdeer waltzed into their game on Saturday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They snuck past the Wahpeton Huskies with a 48-42 victory. The 48-point effort marked the Cowboys' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Killdeer's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1. As for Wahpeton, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.
