Football Game Recap: Fayetteville vs. Sherman

On Friday, Fayetteville lost to Sherman by a decisive 13-30 margin. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Fayetteville.

The loss dropped Fayetteville's record to 4-2. The win bumped Sherman's record up to 5-1.

Next week Fayetteville take on Notre Dame at 7:00 PM. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match. Sherman will have some time to rest before their next contest, which is against South Harrison in two weeks at 7:30 PM. Unlike Sherman, South Harrison will be limping in after taking a loss.
