Volleyball Recap: Edmond Santa Fe Takes a Loss

Edmond Santa Fe lost against Norman back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wolves took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers.

While Edmond Santa Fe ultimately came up short, they really made Norman work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-12.

Norman was led to victory by Georgia Caddell and Zoe Young. Caddell had 15 assists and two aces, while Young had 12 assists.

Edmond Santa Fe's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Norman, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Edmond Santa Fe will square off against rival Piedmont at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Norman is set to challenge their familiar foe Edmond North at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
