Soccer Game Preview: Independence vs. Gainesville + How To Watch

Independence will head out to square off against the Gainesville Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Independence was able to grind out a solid win over Patriot, taking the game 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Independence.

They hit Patriot with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Addison Fruzzetti, Olivia Sivori, and McKenna Remen.

Meanwhile, Gainesville gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener last Tuesday. They skirted past Hylton 1-0.

Independence now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Gainesville, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
