Volleyball Recap: Choctaw Comes Up Short

Choctaw was the 3-1 winner over Yukon when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Yellowjackets fell just short of the Millers by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Choctaw's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Yukon, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6.

Choctaw didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Casady on the 22nd. As for Yukon, they will venture away from home to square off against Edmond North at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
