Basketball Recap: Cascade Takes a Loss

Cascade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Cashmere Bulldogs and fell 84-31. The Kodiaks were probably out for revenge after losing 77-23 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cascade's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Cashmere, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Cascade will welcome Omak at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cashmere, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Wapato at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday. Wapato has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 189 points over their last three games.
