Frassati Catholic is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Legacy Prep Christian Academy on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Frassati Catholic was beaten by Legacy Prep Christian Academy 57-13. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-6.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Kelly Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They strolled past The Woodlands Christian Academy with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 29-15.

Frassati Catholic better keep an eye on Mattie Holmes. She was instrumental in Kelly Catholic's win, putting up 15 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Holmes has scored at least a third of Kelly Catholic's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Brown, who posted six points along with seven rebounds and three steals.

Kelly Catholic has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a massive bump to their 11-14 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.0 points per game. As for Frassati Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.

Things could have been worse for Frassati Catholic, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 48-34 loss to Kelly Catholic in their previous matchup back in February of 2024.
