Volleyball Recap: Faith Lutheran Wins High-Profile Matchup Against Prairie

Faith Lutheran is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Prairie. The Crusaders came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Crusaders.

Faith Lutheran had a senior duo take command as K Sawyer had three digs and two aces and Mariah Mauga had ten assists and four digs.

Faith Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 18-14. As for Prairie, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-3 record this season.

Faith Lutheran has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Louisville on the 11th. As for Prairie, they are taking a road trip to take on Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
